About the role

provide dedicated 1:1 support for a delightful KS1 pupil with complex physical and

communication needs. The role will involve supporting the child’s independence,

participation and access to learning throughout the school day, including assistance with

mobility, specialist seating and equipment, fine motor activities, self-feeding and fatigue

management. The candidate will work closely with teaching staff and external

professionals including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language

Therapy to implement personalised strategies and support plans. We are seeking

someone who is patient, nurturing, proactive and committed to helping a determined and

sociable child fully engage in school life and develop confidence and independence.
