Playworker

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and flexible Playworkers to support our wraparound care provision at the Finedon schools during the holiday periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, fun and engaging environment during the school holidays. This is a casual contract. As a Playworker, you will: Supervise and engage children in a range of indoor and outdoor activities. Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment. Support arts, crafts, games, sports and themed activities. Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times. Work as part of a friendly and supportive team. We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with primary-aged children. Is reliable, energetic and approachable. Has good communication and teamwork skills. Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure. The hours of work will be flexible. The closing date for applications is the 7th June 2026.
