SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant Job Title: SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant Job Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1B salary linked directly to experience and qualifications of applicant Salary to be pro rata to weeks & hours, example actual gross salary based on 32.5 hours from Β£18,501 approx. Start Date: 1st September 2026 (Pending satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks) About the role: As a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to provide one-to-one support to an individual pupil with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHC) whom has specific needs. The post-holder will be fully informed about the needs they are supporting and what the targets set by external professionals are, and how to effectively support these needs. You will work under the direction of class teacher and the Head of Academy to support and deliver planned learning interventions.
