The position is part of a small team based at Notre Dame High School in Norwich, serving schools in the Trust across Norfolk, North Suffolk and Peterborough. We are seeking someone with at least 4 years of IT support experience in a Microsoft environment. They need to have practical experience in supporting network operating systems, equipment, cabling, and infrastructure products as well as a proven technical background in desktop computers and peripherals. They will also have an enthusiasm for the deeper technologies needed to successfully run a trust-wide WAN. A full driving licence is required as there is a need to visit other schools regularly.
