Priory Community School Academy is seeking a dedicated Attendance & Student Services Assistant to join our vibrant team. This rewarding office-based role directly impacts student well-being and school operations every day.
About the role
Working within the general direction of the Attendance Officer/Student Services Manager, undertake a specific range of administrative duties which support the school in an effective and positive manner.
Provide comprehensive student services support throughout the day, alongside a variety of administrative tasks for attendance.
To be flexible to meet the needs of students, able to multi-task and adapt to ad-hoc changes and situations as they arise.
About you
Experience of working in a school or a similar environment.
Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Patient, flexible and adaptable, meticulous and conscientious.
Ability to manage own time effectively.
