Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that promotes pupil progress and engagement. Create a positive and well-managed learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to support learning and development. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and additional needs. Contribute to curriculum development, safeguarding, and the wider life of the school. Work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, governors, and external professionals while maintaining high professional standards. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and primary teaching experience. Strong knowledge of the curriculum, assessment, and effective teaching strategies. Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupil progress. Effective classroom management and high behavioural expectations. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to safeguarding and school life.
