Chiltern Way Academy Futures is seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join our team as a Safeguarding Welfare & Attendance (SWAS). We support young people who have been excluded or are at risk, offering a fresh start in a nurturing environment . Our work includes on-site provision, outreach support, and home tuition for learners with medical needs. About the Role You will play a key role within our safeguarding team, working closely with the Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM) You will: Provide pastoral and therapeutic support to students Respond to safeguarding, attendance and welfare concerns Work closely with families and external agencies Support emotional-based school avoidance (EBSA) Contribute to a strong, collaborative safeguarding team What Weβre Looking For A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work professionally in a multi-agency environment Why Join Us?
