Set high expectations and targets for learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to enhance student outcomes. About You A qualified teacher (QTS) Ability to demonstrate good teachingensuring all students make excellent progress Successful and relevant secondary teaching experience Clear understanding and detailed knowledge of current curriculum and assessment requirements and developments Build strong, positive relationships with learners, parent and carers, and colleagues.
