We are part of the St John the Baptist Catholic MAT, one of only 37 EEF Research Schools nationally and a newly designated Teaching School Hub. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Physics to teach science across Key Stage 3 and to specialise in Physics at Key Stage 4. The post may also include A-level Physics teaching for the right candidate. There is potential for this role to be full-time, with a second subject. Applications from trainee teachers who will be qualified by September 2026 welcomed. The advertised hours would be increased for an ECT in order to accommodate induction support.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a positive, forward-thinking and creative team in a high-achieving and well-resourced department. Notre Dame offers both Triple and Combined science at GCSE, with significant numbers of students taking up one or more A-level science. The Physics department has a proven track record of excellent student outcomes.
