We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND teacher to join our Enhanced Learning Provision as we prepare to open a second class in September 2026, alongside the existing, and very successful, Maple Class. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced SENDCo, experienced SEND teachers in Maple class, experienced and committed SEND TAs, as well as additional support from other SEND unit teachers across the Trust, and our Academy Central Head of SEND. The salary for this role will include an additional allowance - a SEND allowance. About The ELP: The Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) at Holland Junior School aims to provide an engaging, safe and personalised learning environment. Our objectives include encouraging students to develop independent learning skills whilst nurturing opportunities for our learners to express themselves in a wide variety of ways. Students with ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) benefit from personalised and adapted learning experiences. Our curriculum is centred around the children, ensuring their specific needs are catered for with bespoke planning and resourcing.
