About the role

An exciting

opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and

dedicated Catering Department. Hours of work

In this role, you will:

Support with basic food preparation and

cooking Assist in the set-up, service, and

clearing of the dining area Serve food to students and staff in a

professional and welcoming manner Carry out cleaning duties, including

washing up and maintaining hygiene standards

To be successful in this role, you will:

Ideally have at least 6 months’

experience in a catering or food preparation environment Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level

2 (or equivalent) in Catering, Food Preparation, or a related qualification Demonstrate good communication and

customer service skills Be a team player, able to work

collaboratively with colleagues Show flexibility and adaptability to meet

the day-to-day needs of the school environment
