About the Role As a Year 3/4 classroom teacher at Streatley CofE Primary, you will teach a class of around 26 children, delivering a varied and balanced curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Your role will involve: Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, independence, and responsibility Planning and delivering engaging lessons that help every child reach their potential, adapting your approach to suit diverse learning styles Collaborating with colleagues, including SEND coordinators and curriculum leads, to ensure all children receive the support they need Monitoring and assessing children’s progress carefully, using this information to inform your teaching and provide meaningful feedback Playing an active role in school life, including educational visits and community events This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a school that values professional development and reflective practice, supporting you to grow as a teacher in a nurturing setting.
