Class Teacher

We are a three-form entry junior school with a strong community ethos, where children are known well and relationships matter. About the Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for a main class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning while contributing positively to the wider life of the school. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils with a wide range of needs and help create a calm, purposeful learning environment. We have a higher-than-average number of pupils with EHCPs and pride ourselves on inclusive practice. This role would suit a teacher who is confident, adaptable and committed to meeting the needs of all learners. We Are Looking For Someone Who: is an enthusiastic and reflective classroom practitioner has high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and wellbeing is committed to inclusive education and working with pupils with additional needs values teamwork, professional dialogue and continuous improvement is willing to contribute positively to the wider school community Applications are welcome from ECTs and experienced teachers .
