About the Role As a Teacher of Science, you will: Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 ( Use assessment effectively to identify gaps, address misconceptions and secure strong progress Contribute to a knowledge-rich, ambitious curriculum that supports long-term learning Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and other barriers to learning Work collaboratively within a committed Science team to share best practice and drive improvement   What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has strong subject knowledge in Science and a passion for teaching Is committed to high expectations and inclusive practice Can motivate and engage pupils, fostering curiosity and resilience Uses assessment intelligently to inform teaching and improve outcomes Is reflective, organised and committed to continuous professional development Values teamwork and contributes positively to the wider school community We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers as well as experienced practitioners.   Why Join Us At Noel-Baker Academy, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where staff are valued and developed.
