We are seeking a teacher who: Works effectively as part of a team Is a strong and clear communicator Has a good understanding of the principles of Early Years and how this would look in Key Stage1. Understands how children learn and develop Contributes actively to the wider life of the school Fosters a nurturing, inclusive classroom while maintaining high expectations for all pupils Collaborates confidently with teaching assistants and shares responsibility for classroom provision Is open to sharing ideas and supporting colleagues Demonstrates honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding Is willing and able to travel across our Federation for meetings and shared PPA time Is able to adapt provision to meet the needs of their pupils! Understands the need to be flexible and supportive within a small setting.
