About the role

We are seeking a committed and compassionate professional to join our school community in a blended role supporting safeguarding and student attendance. Working closely with the Operational Safeguarding Lead and Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring students are safe, supported, and engaged in education.

This varied role involves responding to safeguarding concerns, contributing to multi‑agency work, supporting Early Help processes, and improving attendance and punctuality through data analysis, family engagement, home visits, and partnership with external agencies. You will prepare reports, maintain accurate records using CPOMS and ARBOR, and provide practical support to staff, students, and families.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident working with families and professionals, and committed to safeguarding and child protection. In return, we offer a supportive team environment, training opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful difference to young people’s lives.
