lead and support the Year 6 team Has
expert knowledge of the National Curriculum, statutory assessment and

outstanding and inspirational classroom practitioner with a proven record
Can
design, implement and quality-assure a well-sequenced curriculum
Uses
assessment and data effectively to identify next steps and drive
improvement
Communicates
clearly, builds strong relationships and can inspire others
Is
committed to safeguarding, equality and securing the best outcomes for all
pupils Can
foster resilience, independence and a love of learning in pupils
Will
work alongside senior leaders to further develop teaching, learning and Curriculum
provision
Are
able to contribute to whole-school improvement and help shape the future
direction of leadership within the school
