About the Role We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and committed Teacher of Drama to join our thriving Performing Arts department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), developing their creativity, confidence and performance skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a broad and engaging Drama curriculum and contributing to the wider cultural life of the school through productions and enrichment. Candidates should have a record of outstanding practice, either in post or in training, with knowledge of course specifications, together with a capacity to excite students with a range of innovative teaching and learning strategies to challenge and develop creative thinking. This post will bring greater flexibility and further capacity to the team. You will be joining a progressive and forward-thinking school with a wealth of opportunity for professional development.
