Assistant SENCo Westwood College – The Talentum Learning Trust The role of Assistant SENCo is central to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive within an inclusive and well-coordinated learning environment. Working closely with the SENCo and wider school teams, you will help deliver high-quality provision, meet statutory requirements, and make a real difference to pupils’ progress, wellbeing and outcomes.
