PART TIME INTERVENTION TEACHER (YEAR 6) - SEPTEMBER 2026 Are you an ambitious and highly motivated teacher with a passion for helping children succeed? Do you have the drive and expertise to support Year 6 pupils in achieving exceptional outcomes? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Year 6 Intervention Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with pupils to accelerate progress and secure outstanding end-of-key-stage results. As our Year 6 Intervention Teacher, you will: Deliver targeted, high-quality small group lessons in reading, writing and mathematics Work alongside the Year 6 team to identify gaps and plan tailored support programmes Track pupil progress carefully and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact Inspire confidence, resilience and a love of learning in pupils approaching SATs Contribute to a culture of high expectations and excellence across Key Stage 2 We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum Has a proven track record of raising attainment, particularly in upper Key Stage 2 Brings energy, creativity and precision to intervention teaching Is highly organised, analytical, and responsive to pupil needs Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and families Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their very best If you are passionate about teaching and committed to providing creative learning experiences, we would love to hear from you!
