The concept is simple: you attend work for nine days and get paid for ten. The tenth day is your dedicated ‘Reset Day’ — time away from school to catch up on your to-do list, recharge, and invest in your well-being. This is in addition to your statutory PPA time. It sits alongside our teaching vacancy in Science, ideally with a Physics or Chemistry specialism. You will join our Inclusion team as Head of Learning, line managing an Assistant Head of Learning, as well as a tutor team. As a team, you will ensure all students get the best possible pastoral care throughout their time at Highcrest, sharing responsibility for the learning and personal development of all students. You will also work closely with our Heads of Department, analysing data to ensure all students maximise their potential. The role includes leading and monitoring a tutor time programme, organising and monitoring Life Lesson, as well as taking a strategic lead to ensure the student
