The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering high-quality lessons in similar year groups. They will be committed to creating a culture of high-expectations where every child can succeed, be fully inclusive, and have an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of current primary good practice.They will be expected to be able to plan and deliver well-structured sequences of learning, provide support for pupils with SEND, work effectively as part of our staff team, and have good communication skills - working collaboratively with staff and building strong relationships with parents and families.
