You will be: β’ Working 15 hours a week to support the inclusion, learning and development of an individual KS2 pupil with an EHCP β’ Working under the guidance of the teacher and SENDCo β’ Given support and guidance in welfare and learning β’ Flexible and open to change; the specific duties of the post may change as the childβs needs develop β’ Required to complete general administration work β’ Experienced in positive behaviour management techniques β’ Experienced at working with children with special educational needs β’ Able to manage all situations with positivity, calmness and unfailing love!
