Teaching Assistant Noremarsh Junior School Salary: NJC Grade D, Actual Salary: £14,636-£15,104 Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 working weeks per year). 25 hours per week (5 hours per day Monday-Friday) Closing date: 7th June 2026 Interview Date: 25th June 2026 Anticipated Start Date: 1st September 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base, supporting pupils with communication and interaction needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider team to promote pupils’ emotional, physical and educational development, both within the resource base and in mainstream settings. You will be patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with students, contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
