The Early Years Teacher plays a crucial role in laying down the foundation for children’s future learning and development by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. The objective is to support the holistic development of each child, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable early educational experience. Hartsbourne Primary School is a one-form entry primary school with nursery. We are part of the innovative Bushey St James Multi-Academy Trust and work closely with staff and young people across the Trust to support each other to improve outcomes for our extended community.
