Alongside a broad and ambitious A Level offer, we are proud to provide a wide range of vocational pathways, ensuring that every student can pursue excellence in a way that reflects their talents and aspirations. While we celebrate our academic success, we are clear that grades alone do not define an outstanding education. At JCoSS, we are committed to developing open-minded, thoughtful young people - mensches - who do the right thing even when nobody is watching. We want our graduates to navigate a changing world with integrity and compassion, able to contribute positively and meaningfully to their and the wider community. We are currently seeking a Business / Economics Teacher to join our school, an exceptional classroom practitioner and passionate advocate for the subject, with the drive and expertise to develop our studentsβ creative and technical capabilities. We are looking for an effective communicator with the ability to inspire who is keen to shape and strengthen our curriculum across all key stages. We welcome applications from early career teachers through to experienced colleagues. What matters most is a clear vision of what superb teaching looks like, intellectual curiosity, and the ambition to make a significant impact. GCSE Business is typically the most popular Key Stage 4 option subject as students look to learn more about the world they are about to enter. As well as A-level Business we offer the Diploma and Extended Certificate in Cambridge Technical Level 3. We seek to foster independence, resilience and creativity as we help our students reflect on leadership and enterprise. Our students enjoy applying their learning to contemporary headlines.
