Your new role The Maths Department has a current team of seven, ranging from recently qualified to very experienced teachers. What we are looking for is somebody who can lead and shape the department, and turn us into the best Maths Department in Hampshire. This is a rare opportunity to have both freedom and support to ensure that the curriculum is ambitious, broad and engaging. As a Trust we have an ambitious 490 strategy, we want 90% of our GCSE pupils to be scoring grade 4 or above in English and Maths and we need you to help drive this success.
What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a qualified maths teacher who has a proven track record of driving and improving results. You will be an approachable but accountable leader who can manage subject leaders and teachers within the faculty to raise and maintain the highest standards of progress, attainment, teaching and learning.
