This is an opportunity for a teacher to become part of our supportive Creatives Department. This post is offered on a part-time (0.6), permanent role The successful candidate will have the ability to teach across all age and ability ranges. You will be an effective classroom teacher with the ability to raise the achievement of all students and be keen to play a full part in the life of the school. As part of the Creatives Faculty, you will develop and run weekly extra-curricular activities for students. Applications from ECTs are welcome as the school has a strong ECT training and support programme. Key responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality music lessons across Key Stages Inspire students with a broad, inclusive, and ambitious music curriculum Teach practical and theoretical elements of music, including performance, composition, and listening skills Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners Contribute to enrichment opportunities such as concerts, performances, and extracurricular clubs Support whole-school events and promote a strong culture of creativity Pay range: MPS (Inner London) - £24,190.20 - £31,380.00 - FTE - £40,317.00 - £52,300.00 - 19.5 hours per week - 0.6 Qualifications and Skills: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Has a strong subject knowledge and passion for music education Is an excellent classroom pract
