We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our well-established and experienced team. The successful candidate will support children during the lunchtime period across all year groups, both indoors and outdoors. The role includes: supporting children while they eat their lunch helping to create a calm, positive and safe lunchtime environment encouraging positive play and social interaction building warm and supportive relationships with children playing alongside children and supporting them to feel included, happy and successful during playtimes We are looking for someone who: enjoys working with young children is patient, positive and nurturing can work collaboratively as part of a team is able to respond calmly and consistently to children’s needs understands the importance of helping children feel safe, valued and cared for This is a fixed-term position until 31 August 2027. Start date ASAP. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:35am - 1:05pm, term time only.
