Early Career Teacher

Crofton Infant or Crofton Junior School We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team at Crofton Infant or Crofton Junior School from September 2026. Our school and Trust offer a robust and supportive ECT development program and CPD for all. We welcome applications from those currently training, those looking to start their ECT journey, and those ECTs who are already working in a school and looking for a new opportunity. You must have good communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work on your own initiative.
