Weβre looking for compassionate, creative and adaptable individuals who are: A passionate and reflective teacher who is committed to ensuring every child succeeds, regardless of need or starting point Skilled in, or motivated to develop, adaptive teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning needs, including SEND Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues Confident in creating an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued and able to participate Flexible and enthusiastic, with the ability to teach across different key stages within a small school setting A collaborative team member who contributes positively to a shared ethos of inclusion and high expectations Committed to ongoing professional development, particularly in inclusive and SEND practice Committed to high standards and level of attainments This role will suit you if you have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of effective primary teaching practice Experience of teaching in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2 (or a willingness and enthusiasm to do so) The ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential Experience of using assessment effectively to support pupil progress A commitment to inclusive practice, supporting the needs of all learners including those with SEND Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive, purposeful learning environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues A reflective approach to teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for ongoing professional development An appreciation of the opportunities and rewards of working in a small, community-focused school
