About the role: The Director of Mathematics is a key middle leader within the academy, responsible for leading and developing an outstanding Mathematics department. The postholder will drive excellence in teaching, learning, curriculum and assessment in Mathematics, ensuring high standards of pupil progress and attainment. Working closely with senior leaders, the Director of Mathematics will promote a culture of high expectations, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring all students achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
