Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership as part of the senior leadership team, supporting the academyβs vision and improvement priorities. Lead and promote high-quality teaching, learning and inclusive practice across the academy. Support, challenge and develop staff through coaching, professional development and effective line management. Monitor student progress, behaviour and attendance, using data to drive improvement and positive outcomes. Promote a culture of high expectations, safeguarding and wellbeing for all students. Work collaboratively with parents, governors and external agencies to support student achievement and welfare. Contribute to the effective day-to-day leadership and running of the academy.
