About the Role The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across all Key Stages. You will inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for English and literacy. You will also contribute to a broad extracurricular programme and support whole-school initiatives that promote wellbeing and achievement.

* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that motivate and challenge all learners * Assess, monitor, and support student progress * Promote positive behaviour and inclusive participation in lessons * Support the wider vision and values of LIFT Unity City

We Are Looking For Someone Who

* Holds a degree in a relevant English based subject * Has experience of working with young people within a school environment * Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills * Is passionate about student development and wellbeing * Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential * Is available to attend interviews in person - we cannot support online interviews at this time.
