GCSEs in English and Maths at grades 9-7 or A*-A. Experience of working in a school setting (desirable). Experience of supporting young people to learn and achieve (desirable). The ability to provide tuition on the subject to GCSE standard. The ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
