The number of pupils with complex needs is growing in schools. We are proud of our inclusive environment and pride ourselves on making learning accessible to all learners. This relies on us having a well trained team of inclusive teaching assistants to support children in school. We are looking for candidates who have experience in supporting learners with additional needs and can demonstrate their impact in the classroom or education base. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with children with complex communication difficulties, medical needs or those who require intimate care. A willingness to support all kinds of learners be an advantage.
