About the role
We are seeking a People Administrator to join our People Operations Team. Your primary focus will be delivering high‑quality HR administration, ensuring our processes are followed consistently and that schools receive a professional and responsive service.
Reporting to the People Administration Manager, you will support a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and safer recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, HR record maintenance and other core people processes. You will also develop specialist knowledge in an allocated operational area, becoming the team’s first point of contact for areas such as Single Central Record compliance, family‑friendly policies, or supporting with the administration of annual pay reviews.
Working closely with colleagues across People Operations and People Partnering teams, you will contribute to aligned HR practices that support a smooth and positive experience for staff across our schools. You will also play a part in improving digital processes as the Trust continues to evolve.
