We are looking for an exceptional Site Officer who: takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all pupils, staff and visitors; demonstrates strong practical skills and knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety, and site security; carries out routine inspections, minor repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring the school site is always well-presented and fully operational; is proactive and organised, able to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to day-to-day site needs and unexpected issues; understands and follows health and safety procedures, contributing to risk assessments and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements; works collaboratively as part of the school community, building positive relationships with pupils, staff and contractors; is committed to maintaining high standards and contributing to a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment for everyone
