We are seeking a confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic academy. While the role can be demanding, it is also highly rewarding for individuals who are resilient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people.
As a Cover Supervisor , you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise whole classes, ensuring students remain on task with the work set, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students engage with their learning
Manage classroom behaviour in line with academy policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Support the wider school team as required
