About the Key Stage The successful candidate must have essential Key Stage 2 experience to provide the nurturing, high-quality support our SEND learners need. We are ideally looking for someone who also understands Key Stage 3 expectations; this allows us to bridge the gap between the two stages, ensuring our pupils have a smooth and supported journey as they progress through the school.
