We wish to appoint someone who: Is a strong teacher with a desire to continually learn and improve Is innovative and creative in using a range of strategies to support all children’s learning Has the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children to achieve their best Shows initiative, drive and enthusiasm Is creative as well as rigorous in their teaching Is able to take on advice and work well as part of a team Builds positive and supportive relationships with pupils and adults Has a warm, caring personality and a good sense of humour The school will be fully committed to supporting the successful candidate whether an ECT or a more experienced teacher.
