SENDCO

Brixington Primary Academy is looking to appoint a SENDCo. The post is a 0.8 part time position.    The SENDCo role will be pivotal in leading SEND strategy across the school with the aim to improve provision and outcomes for all SEND learners within the school setting. We are looking for someone who has high levels of self-organisation, enjoys communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and believes in teamwork and collaboration. You will, in turn, work with supportive staff team, be part of the leadership team, and benefit from opportunities to work with other schools and other school leaders across the trust.    The successful applicant will be a passionate leader who is dedicated to making a difference and improving life chances for SEND pupils in every classroom and across the curriculum.
