As a ESP / Nurture Teacher you will: be responsible for teaching classes in the Academy using your skill, experience and best endeavours and in accordance with Teachers’ Standards lead the day‑to‑day running of our Nurture Classroom, delivering highly personalised, specialist and differentiated learning inspire, motivate and champion students with SEND, ensuring they feel safe, welcomed and supported develop a bespoke curriculum aligned with whole‑school provision, enabling increased access to mainstream learning work collaboratively with the SENDCo, support staff, external agencies and feeder schools to ensure continuity of care, progress and transition contribute to the wider life of the Academy, including supporting extra‑curricular activities and whole‑school initiatives How to apply A job description is available from ‘Attachments’.
