As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and external agencies, the role is central to creating a positive, safe and well‑organised school environment. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider staff team, the postholder provides essential administrative support, particularly during busy morning periods, and contributes to effective communication, organisation and safeguarding across the school. The successful candidate will be calm, friendly and professional, able to prioritise competing demands, maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a collaborative team. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and contributing positively to the life of a supportive and well‑established primary school community. In addition to a positive and supportive work environment, we offer a range of benefits, including Benenden Healthcare, the Cycle to Work Scheme, and the Legacy Childcare Voucher Scheme. We also understand the importance of personal events and extend flexibility to our staff when needed.
