Hours: 17.5 hours per week (8.30am - 12.00pm) 39 weeks per year

Lift Four Dwellings Primary, part of Lift Schools, is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to support pupils' learning, helping them to access the curriculum, develop independence and achieve their full potential.
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally, ensuring they feel confident, included and able to succeed. This includes delivering targeted interventions, supporting individuals and small groups, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.
This role is vital in supporting our pupils and contributes to Lift Schools' mission that every child receives an excellent education in every classroom, every day.

The school is led by Head of School, Jaime Bryan, whose passionate and ambitious leadership is driving continued improvement across the school. She is committed to creating a culture where both pupils and staff can thrive.
