Salary: NJC 9 - 22 Β£27,254.00 - Β£33,699.00, Actual Salary: Β£11,038.04 - Β£13,648.31 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 17.5 hours per week (8.30am - 12.00pm) 39 weeks per year

Contract: Fixed Term until August 2027

Lift Four Dwellings Primary, part of Lift Schools, is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to support pupils' learning, helping them to access the curriculum, develop independence and achieve their full potential.

You will play a vital role in supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally, ensuring they feel confident, included and able to succeed. This includes delivering targeted interventions, supporting individuals and small groups, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

This role is vital in supporting our pupils and contributes to Lift Schools' mission that every child receives an excellent education in every classroom, every day.

Lift Four Dwellings Primary is a welcoming and ambitious school based in a modern building in Quinton, Birmingham. The school is led by Head of School, Jaime Bryan, whose passionate and ambitious leadership is driving continued improvement across the school. She is committed to creating a culture where both pupils and staff can thrive. Working alongside Regional Executive Principal, Mrs Michelle Court, the school has seen significant progress in recent years, achieving its first 'Good' Ofsted rating in 2023 and now striving towards Outstanding.

We are also entering an exciting new phase of development, with the introduction of a new nursery provision for two-year-olds, alongside our existing 3-4-year-old nursery, opening in September 2026. This will further strengthen our early years offer and provide staff with opportunities to be part of a growing provision.
