The individual will lead by example and formulate the priorities and objectives of the Academy to ensure continual improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career. To succeed, you will have evidence of further professional training, and hold significant experience in ensuring excellent outcomes for young people at KS£, GCSE and A level. The successful candidate will have a proven ability as a successful leader at least to Assistant Principal level.
