We are inviting applications from ECTs who want to start
their career teaching in our Resource Base. Our Base caters for 16 pupils with EHC
Plans and have joined the Base following being in mainstream provision. You
will teach alongside our experienced team of staff. The Base is recently built and
well resourced. We offer excellent ECT support through experienced mentors and
pair you up to work with year group colleagues who will share their practice
with you. Aston Tower has a strong track record for developing ECTs, many of
whom have moved on to senior positions at the school or other settings.
