About the Role As a SEND Teacher within our internal alternative provision, you will: Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to pupils with SEND, with a preference for those specialising in SEMH Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support that promotes academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to overcome barriers Take an active role in pastoral care and support pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health needs Embrace professional development opportunities to continually enhance your expertise and leadership skills This role offers a unique chance to make a real impact on the lives of young people, helping them to thrive in a mainstream school environment with tailored support.
