We are looking to employ a Midday Supervisory Assistant who: - has a calm, caring and consistent approach and enjoys working with children. - is committed to the wellbeing of all children. - can provide supervision and support to ensure that children are kept safe. - promote inclusion and acceptance. - will offer appropriate individual support as necessary. - will help in the dining areas as necessary, including cleaning and putting away tables. - can work flexibly and effectively as part of our strong lunchtime team. - will actively encourage children to play safely and productively while supervising them at lunchtimes. - is very discrete, can respect confidentiality and follow the very best child protection practices. - Is reliable and has good time-keeping.
